I have created this short 5 minute meditation as I have realised how many people, particularly those sensitive to energy, have been experiencing panic attacks and/or anxiety recently. Part of the meditation is based on mindfulness techniques such as focusing on the breath and using positive affirmations to instil a sense of calm and peace. I also talk you through using a golden light to bring a sense of relaxation. As it is short it can be done quickly at anytime and any place.
